State of the District update

Leon is the new District 5910 Governor. He is retired having served in the Texas Governor’s Office of Planning and Economic Development, as Executive Director of the State Property Tax board, and as the Executive Director of the Heart of Texas Council of Governments. He and his wife Lynn live in Palestine and served as President of that Rotary club in 2009-10 and 2019-2020
